Financial Policy

Our most commonly asked question is if we take your insurance.  We keep our fees reasonable so we can open our practice to everyone - - not just for certain people affiliated with a particular insurance company.  This means that unless your insurance dictates you select a specific/participating dentist out of a book, you can be at ease to come to us and know that you will utilize your insurance benefit.  Please call us so that we can gladly assist you and investigate your plan for you. We strive to make your life easier for you, it is our belief we should file your insurance as a courtesy to you.  Our office will file all insurance claims for you and in most cases will wait for the insurance to reimburse you.

We offer complimentary complete exam and x-rays to all new patients, for we believe you should not have to pay to find out what you need.  Our goal is to get your treatment done quickly, painlessly and affordably.

To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options:

• A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $1,000 are paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is presented or in advance of scheduled appointment.
• 15% courtesy to our seniors over 60 years and over.
• Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted in our office.
• We also offer 12 month interest free financing through Care Credit.  You may visit them at www.carecredit.com to apply for a 12 month interest free plan or a low interest credit card.
• We accept Delta Dental Premiere, Guardian Dental and United Healthcare as well as our orthodontist participates in most dental plans.
• 12 and 18 month special financing available, convenient payments plans, payment choices...Ask about our 12 and 18 month financing options.
